Vice President and Assistant General Manager of Caesars Palace, Las Vegas!
The Paw Prints for Humanity Award was established to recognize individuals who go above and beyond — those who consistently choose to do the next right thing in making the world more inclusive and accessible for all, with the disability community at the center of every decision.
Adam not only embodies this mission — he exceeds it.
Over two years ago, after we encountered an access concern at Caesars Palace, Adam reached out immediately with a sincere commitment to improve accessibility standards and opened a meaningful dialogue about possibilities.
From our first conversation, to our most recent, Adam has listened intently, asked thoughtful questions, researched solutions, and creatively problem-solved how to make a historic property — over 60 years old — truly accessible, with the disability community at the forefront of every decision.
Highlights of the inclusive and lasting changes Adam has championed include:
When he encountered an accessibility issue — he didn’t ignore it, hide it, or hope it would go away. He reached out with genuine intent to improve. He continues to surprise and inspire us with new ideas for inclusion, always considering people with disabilities and the diverse needs of all guests.
Please join us in congratulating Adam Miller! We are deeply grateful for his leadership and look forward to sharing more in the future!
